William is a lifelong Indianapolis resident, public servant, and proven leader who is running for Warren Township Constable to bring accountability, professionalism, and community-focused service to the office.
William understands Warren Township because he lives, works and serves here. His roots in Indianapolis have shaped his commitment to public safety, fairness, and ensuring that government works for the people it serves.
Proven Experience in Public Safety and Service
William currently serves as Chief Deputy Constable for the Center Township Constable’s Office, where he works daily alongside law enforcement, the courts, and community partners to ensure professionalism, accountability, and public trust. This hands-on experience gives him direct knowledge of the responsibilities and expectations of a Constable from day one.
In addition to his Constable experience, William is a successful entrepreneur and business owner. He is the founder of Republic Security, a professional security services company, and the owner of Indiana Process Servers, the largest private process-serving company in Central Indiana. These businesses demonstrate his ability to manage people, budgets, compliance, and operations with integrity, skills that directly translate to effective leadership as Constable.
Community Leadership and Education
William previously served as an elected Township Board Member, where he helped oversee budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure fiscal responsibility. His experience in elected office has prepared him to serve transparently and responsibly on behalf of Warren Township residents.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, providing him with the financial and administrative expertise necessary to run the Constable’s Office efficiently and ethically.
